cold water

I can't ever even remember swimming an LCM 50 with no breath. .. :bow: I did it once..............unintentionally. Cairo, Egypt, December, Air temp about 5C (41F). Trying to impress some girls at the Club. I change into my suit and dive in (50m pool). George (Geochuck) knows it. The water was so cold that my lungs and chest muscles COULD NOT work. I sprinted for life (pity there was no one timing me; it would have been a PB -if not a new National record-). Never again. If the toe I now dip in any pool before swimming tells me, "No, no", I obey.
