Were a new club http://www.medinamasters.com/ and going to have our first meet this April.
I hoping some one has a meet check off list or Gantt Chart that they can share with me, so I ( we ) don't have to reinvent the wheel, like a EXCEL spread sheet that I can just plug names into.
We already our entrance form and have sent it to northeast Ohio Local Masters Swim Committee (LMSC) for a offical number.

Two really good people to talk to about this are Ken Brisbin from the Long Beach Grunions and Mark Gill, USMS VP. Both have a history of running excellent meets and could give you a lot of advice. If you want me to put you in touch with them, send me a private message.
