intensive coaching for about 1.5 week

hi, in february i will be australia and will spend 1.5 week around brisbane for fun. i intend to take some intensive swimming lessons with a private coach. as i said in another thread i have been into swimming for one year now. How would you suggest me to structure this? My idea is to take 2 hours in the morning. Then swimming for myself in the afternoon and then adding another hour to review my progress at the end of the day. any insights, thanks.
  • I don't think you'll get much out of swimming 3 times a day. if I had this opportunity I would love to swim 2 hrs in the morning while something is using a video camera to record my swimming. then directly after swimming go through my swimming giving me something to think about during the day. then in the afternoon work on what ever was found in the video. afternoon swim also around 2 hrs. swimming on your own could be dangerous. if your coach tells you one thing, but you hear another then you just spent 60+ minutes doing something wrong.
