  • Its been discussed many times before, BUT, sometimes I wish it was a separate meet to itself. Please no offense to divers (I can't even dive off the 3 meter board let alone what they do) I was thinking about this same thing while watching the NCAA diving competitions. I actually love watching diving of all levels. But it is such a completely different sport. Sure there must be some good history that explains combining the two sports that we don't know about. Or like most things, a financial decision. But I would like to see a pure swimming competition as well. Have to say though, I think Dana Vollmer was happy there was a diving final before her last relay swim!
