this may be a dumb question but it seems to me that there are not too many schools that have relays.
Is that because there are only 20 schools with 4 good swimmers, or are the cuts that fast to reduce the number of heats? Seems like same hold true for both men and women.
also are schools only allowed one relay team? it would be fun to see how fast the 'B' teams for some of these schools are.
