2009 USMS Short Course National Championships

Wow, i'm wondering how non-swimmer could get so fast in 9 months plus get water feeling well. Often, i observed that most non-swimmers don't have specific water feeling, and it comes with years of swimming. I just have to say, he is talented sportsmen, who managed to be really fast compared with my times on those events. Is there any secrets that we could use?:) Legend has it that Rowdy Gaines never swam until his Jr. year in high school and the first time he ever raced, did a 23 in the 50.
