I've been in the piano group many times. When you are already hurting at the 100, you know you are in a world of trouble.
The 200 fly LCM can be especially brutal; I believe Ande has a cautionary tale based on personal experience.
It is the only event I swim where there can be times where I truly doubt my ability to finish a race.
