Curious about qualifying times for short course nationals,
Can you swim times at say age 44 that don't make the cut for 40-44, then age up to 45 and have those times qualify you in the next age catagory?
Also how do you prove the time? Do you send in meet results with your application?

Nobody seems to care - it's the honor system. In my case I was wondering if I would be allowed to enter LCM nationals with times converted from SCY.
