What are your 2009 Swimming New Years Resolutions? mine are: + deeper push offs + better streamlines + SDKs off every wall, expecially when I'm tired What are yours?     I'm sure I will have more, but here are a few: -continue swimming 5-6 times a week -incorporate dryland training (weights, yoga, running, core work) 2-3 times a week -Go 0:29 or under in my 50 free -Go 1:05 or under in my 100 free -Attend 2 SCY meets
