Those are two good sites. I'm in Virginia, but it's not too much trouble to get to Florida for a swim. Are you required to wear a cap for an open water swim? Why?
The ones I've always been in a cap has been required. Usually one is provided and that's the one you wear. Often, different colors denote different divisions.
