I'm going to ask my wife to get me a swimming technique video for Christmas. Does anyone have recommendations? I'd like something that's not too basic but ideally covers all four strokes. If it's impossible to get both in a single package, I'd be willing to go with a freestyle or *** stroke video. I've got decent stroke mechanics but lots of room for improvement. I'm basically a fitness swimmer who enters meets sometimes and wants to get better.
