New Year's swims

What fantastic, diabolical, all-energy-systems-exhausting swims do you have planned for New Year's Day breakdown/throwdown? Or, if you come to the thread later, what workout did you do? I'll be crafting my own, and will seek appropriate inspiration here! :) VB

  • My best events are the 200 fly and the 400 IM. I don't think either of those would work, because there's no way I'd be able to repeat race pace with only 2 minutes' rest. (Unless this is supposed to be a crash and burn set?) I think I'd probably go with the 100 fly. Or if I was tired, the 50 fly :D
