Favorite Post swim chow

I'm curious. If you had to choose your favorite post workout food what is it? Not a supplement. Real food here. Right now I like a blackberry jam with PB and honey with crushed walnuts on Wheat. 300 ca. 10 gr protein. I also like a 25 gr. protein smoothie. If I had to choose a supplement it would be Hammer Recoverite. After a long sat. run over 15 miles I will add a big glass of choco milk.

  • Lately I've been fixing a big glass (30oz) of ice cream and milk. Sometimes I add chocolate syrup. When I was a kid I used to fix myself a cheap 14" frozen pizza, eat it while watching cartoons, go sleep for an hr. and then eat dinner. Fortunately for me I'm very tolerant of the lactose. Nanner's are good too. :banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:
