Favorite Post swim chow

I'm curious. If you had to choose your favorite post workout food what is it? Not a supplement. Real food here. Right now I like a blackberry jam with PB and honey with crushed walnuts on Wheat. 300 ca. 10 gr protein. I also like a 25 gr. protein smoothie. If I had to choose a supplement it would be Hammer Recoverite. After a long sat. run over 15 miles I will add a big glass of choco milk.

    i just ran at lunch and crushed a bag of M&M's afterwards. I think next time i will put those on my sandwich with the walnuts. Let's be serious though, If none of us had to work or worry about the slowing metabolisms then...12 buffalo wings and a pitcher of Miller lite.:anim_coffee:
