Favorite Post swim chow

I'm curious. If you had to choose your favorite post workout food what is it? Not a supplement. Real food here. Right now I like a blackberry jam with PB and honey with crushed walnuts on Wheat. 300 ca. 10 gr protein. I also like a 25 gr. protein smoothie. If I had to choose a supplement it would be Hammer Recoverite. After a long sat. run over 15 miles I will add a big glass of choco milk.

    That a good one. especially at work. just enough to fix todays damage. I workout in the morning, so here's my favorite post-workout breakfast: oatmeal (real oats, not quickie oats) with peanut butter (organic, no additives) and honey double espresso glass of OJ It's simple, but keeps you feeling satisfied and the energy flowing through the morning. I used to make my oatmeal like this www.marthastewart.com/.../strawberry-oatmeal-breakfast With raisins and a few pecans tossed in too though. Way too good to be good. + double espresso glass of OJ
