Anyone swim w/ DAM (Dallas) or MARS (Mid-Cities Arlington)?

I am visiting the Dallas / Ft. Worth area next week and wanted to get in some workouts. Options close by are DAM (Dallas Area Masters) and/or MARS (Mid-cities Arlington Swimming).
Anyone swim with these groups? If so, could you tell me what the workouts are like? Thanks in advance!

I will second that Baylor-Tom Landry is a nice pool. It is also easy to get to and lots of free parking. But I am only allowed in the pool one day a year... :badday:
