2008 SCM results in Meet Results Database
www.usms.org/.../toptimes.php
several more meets need to be submitted but
this will give you an idea of where you stand for 2008 SCM top 10s
how do you rank so far?
The link posted on the meets results page is www.ncmasters.org/res13806.html. It says Meet Manager on the link, but I don't have any idea what that means.
It looks there are quite a few masters swimmers whose times have disappeared. It stated on the meet entry form that the times would be submitted to USMS and for TT consideration.
I'm going to attempt to find the email address of the meet director and email him. But, if he doesn't clean up his mess, the times are just lost? It really seems like this situation should not exist. And, really, Geek should not be allowed to lie about his age like that. haha
It means that Meet Manager was used to create the HTML file as a "report." You need the original file to submit the meet for the database; it is very helpful also in preparing TT submissions (though not, I guess, completely necessary).
The existence of the HTML file is good news actually: it means someone went to the trouble of separating out the masters swimmers from the USA-S swimmers. It is troubling that some swims are missing, though.
Just because it hasn't been submitted for inclusion into the meet database doesn't mean there are no plans for TT submission -- unless you've heard otherwise? This was a SCY meet and the deadline for that submission is a long way off.
I know the Top Ten person in NC. I've already finished my SCM submission report for this year, so I could help out (eg to find USMS IDs) if it is necessary. Let's talk about this by PM.
