A heads up to the middle distance boys in the 45-49 age group....former Gator stud Keith Switzer has quietly snuck back into competition after a 20 year layoff (and dropping about 30lbs). Chop popped in at a SCM meet a few weeks back unrested wearing a jammer and dropped a 2:00 200 free...this past weekend still unrested and sporting leggings only (and having been sick for a week) goes 1:47+ SCY.
