I know the full meet results HTML file was submitted by *** Brewer. Not sure who who would take care of submitting the meet Hy-Tek file for db entry. Probably the meet director.
The meet director is a possibility but not all of them know this. Submitting a link to the Meet Results page is not the same as getting it into Current Event Rankings. And THAT is not the same as Top Ten.
Eventually all these things will converge but we aren't there yet.
I always make it my business to submit Hy-Tek results for VA meets into the Current Event Rankings, and I know that many other Top Ten recorders do the same. But it is pretty easy for me, we just don't have a ton of meets in our LMSC. (And still I run into problems when some meet directors don't send me their Hy-Tek results despite prodding, or at least not in a very timely fashion.)
So I would be cautious about over-interpreting the "Current Event Rankings." The meet result database is not complete and has errors. The list is just not checked as rigorously as the submissions for Top Ten. Some meets may be missing, too.
