Technique Changes - Tech Suits

So, since tech suits are here to stay, have you had to make changes in your stroke technique to enhance your performance in the new suits?

  • So... if techniques remain relatively the same, but times drop, then only one of two things is happening here with all the new records... Either: "The suit" alone is the difference - or - Mass affirmation that men/women can go faster is taking us there. Kind of like when one person broke the 5 minute mile in running, all of the sudden so many others were doing so? (I wonder if there was a great discussion about the running shoes/socks/shorts used at the time?) I don't think you're taking into account other things that go along with improvement such as conditioning, diet, rest, strength, ad nauseum.
