I'm a sprinter (50 and 100 Free) with a marginally good trackstart. My form is decent, but I'd like to work on the 'Ooomph' a bit. I've been youtubing the sprinters (ceilo fihlo, etc.) and they have sensational starts and get great distance. Are there any *dryland* exercises (e.g weights, jumping rope) that anyone would recommend for infusing oomph. Thanks in advance.

RACING to 15 meters & 25 yards or meters
Jumping:
Vertical for height
Horizontal for distance
jumping from the same position as a track start
jumping against resistance
WEIGHTS
Leg press,
squat
deadlift
leg extension
leg curls
