I spent the month of August in Moab on sabbatical. It was wonderful, and the outdoor municipal pool worked just fine for swimming. It closes in November. I am headed back to Moab for much of December, and don't want to lose all my conditioning before January. Anybody know of a pool in the area? I assume there is one in Grand Junction, Colorado, but that's 100 miles away. Green River?
I have not been to Grand Junction for 25 years, but I imagine there is a pool there. However, I remember that being quite a lengthy drive from Moab. In fact, Moab was quite a lengthy drive from anywhere! Beautiful area though.
