I am a high school swimmer looking to improve his stroke.
on camera i got a the 50 and a stroke but altogether 1:08 from a push off.

my personal best is a 1:06 from a block, going out a 32 coming back a 34 (my turns could have been much better).

What would be some good drills and good sets to further my conditioning?
Also I have a 200 fly coming up in a month, any tips?
