My favorite Nike suit is hanging by a thread and I want to replace it. Unfortunately, I cut the tag out and I can't remember what size I had. Most of my suits are TYR, and I know what size I am for that brand. Does anyone know how Nike suits fit compared to TYR? (That is, do they run about the same, smaller, or larger than TYR?) Thanks!
I think they run a little smaller than TYR. I can't for the life of me figure out suit sizes any more. For decades I wore a 36, no matter my weight (100 pounds to 130 pounds), but now I wear a 32 in a Nike polyester (currently 120 pounds and long torso). For TYR, a 34 fits for a few swims then droops. For Speedo, I'm now in a 34 or a sausage in a 32; again, the suit usually droops after a few swims. I think they are making the suits bigger for each size than they used to.
