I answered 400m since that's closest to my actual answer of 500 yards. I've done 500 fly in practice, though it wasn't pretty. If I can get to where I can swim 500 fly without feeling embarassed, I'll swim it in a meet. I suppose 400 SCM fly is a possibility as well. 400 LCM fly is not happening!:afraid:
