What is the formula for determining you pace time in a T-30 swim. Do you divide seconds into yardage or vice versa. No matter what I try I get some really weird numbers.

Calculate the number of 100s you complete. Then divide the total time (30 minutes) by the number of 100s to calculate your time.
Example:
You swim 1900 yds. That equals 19 100s.
30 minutes divided by 19 = 1.58 minutes or 94.7 seconds or 1:34.7 per 100.
You might use that number to pace aerobic sets. Maybe 15x100 @ 1:40.
