Im a total newbie at swimming, i cant even swim :o
But, i will start learning it.
I need a swimcap, im ordering from swimoutlet, and need advise on which to get.

My needs:
Have to be silicone
I have long hair (thin hair)
My hair is falling out already, so its important that is very gentle and dont rip hair out.
I think i will prefer it to not cover my ears (sorry i dont know anything about this, please forgive me if its a dumb question) :lmao:
Im wondering if i should get the Speedo Long Hair Silicone Cap, but i have thin hair, so im worried it will be to big for my hair.

Yeah powder it with baby powder.
I just got my long hair cap yesterday and thank goodness! It fits great...even a little roomy in spots. My hair is a medium thickness and goes down to my mid-back. You might not need one for long hair if yours is very thin. I think I could go with a normal cap if my hair was shorter.
