Hello all, it was good to find this forum! Im a total newbie at swimming, i cant even swim :o But, i will start learning it. I need a swimcap, im ordering from swimoutlet, and need advise on which to get. www.swimoutlet.com/.../293.htm My needs: Have to be silicone I have long hair (thin hair) My hair is falling out already, so its important that is very gentle and dont rip hair out. I think i will prefer it to not cover my ears (sorry i dont know anything about this, please forgive me if its a dumb question) :lmao: Im wondering if i should get the Speedo Long Hair Silicone Cap, but i have thin hair, so im worried it will be to big for my hair. Thanks in advance!

I like the speedo silicon ones. I tried a tyr once, liked it, but it tore too quickly for my tastes. Another tip to avoid snags is to powder the inside of the cap every time after you swim. It not only helps to prolong the life of the cap, but snags hair less putting it on (not so much taking it off). Powder the outside very lightly too, to keep it from sticking to itself.
