Okay...I ordered my swim cap for long hair but UPS rescheduled my SwimOutlet shipment (UG)and now its' not going to be here until next week. I have at least 2 more workouts I'll be doing with my regular size cap before my new one arrives. The darn thing keeps popping off my head all the time! Today was especially frustrating as it came off THREE times during my workout today. :doh:
My hair goes down almost to the middle of my back. It's curly and medium thickness.
Any tips to keep my normal Speedo cap on my head until my long hair cap arrives??

Put your cap on and pull it as low over the ears as you can then put a home made "swim band" over it around the hair line, you get a dryer cap and it should stay on . Something like double capping but not as tight around the head. Put the goggles on over the caps.
I wear a bubble cap over a swim band and its very dry never slips my hair is medium lenght . The bubble caps in size large are the biggest caps and are good for swimmers with really long hair
