Okay...I ordered my swim cap for long hair but UPS rescheduled my SwimOutlet shipment (UG)and now its' not going to be here until next week. I have at least 2 more workouts I'll be doing with my regular size cap before my new one arrives. The darn thing keeps popping off my head all the time! Today was especially frustrating as it came off THREE times during my workout today. :doh:
My hair goes down almost to the middle of my back. It's curly and medium thickness.
Any tips to keep my normal Speedo cap on my head until my long hair cap arrives??

This might be stupid, but I'm assuming you wet the inside of the cap and/or your hair before putting it in there. Girls on my team have told me that if they don't do that, the caps won't stay on. I don't really have that problem, being that I have short hair, so I can't give you specific advice. Sorry.
