Hi everyone ~
Long time lurker, first time poster.
Due to an upcoming move and subsequent change in gym membership, I'll be sans pool for about a month.
Does anyone have any dry-land suggestions for staying somewhat in swimming shape? Want to avoid that super slow feeling/reality once I get back in the pool . . .
I will have access to a gym through work, just no pool.
Thanks!
I think a combination of exercises with stretch cords and some type of exercise that will get your HR up would be beneficial. Personally, I find running to be a very convenient type of exercise as all you need are some shorts, a t-shirt, some running shoes, and a road to run on.
