I answered up to 6 hrs, but that is just swimming. I can bike upwards of 3 hrs a week and I am in the process of trying to find time for weights...

I'm typically in the pool 5.5-7 hours per week.

I probably hit 8 total 4-5 in the pool and the rest on my bike or in the gym lifting.

I voted 6-10, but that doesn't include dryland, which takes up an additional 5-6.

Having 3 kids under 3 - I can get in 4-5 practices per week (one hour workouts). I also take brisk walk with the family 3x a week. I wish I could do more but I can't find the time or energy. :snore:
