If you wear silicone swim cap, the hair doesn't get that much chlorine, does it?

I dont use conditioner or special shampoos. My hair stays about 95 % dry . I wear a swim band and a bubble strap cap. If I get it on just right its a perfect seal even backstrokeing. It does save me money and time.
