Do we need chlorine removal shampoo?

If you wear silicone swim cap, the hair doesn't get that much chlorine, does it?

    Pert 2..what is that... I have started to wear a swim cap as NOTHING has been getting the cholorine out...I have spent LOTS of money on different shampoos, etc...even tried the Aveda Hair Detox...I wet my hair to comb it and the chorine smell just PERMIATED from my head....yesterday I used a swim cap and washed with Malibu C and conditioned with UltraSwim..no chlorine smell today. It has BLEACHED MY HAIR BLONDE...I mean almost GRAY BLONDE....I have to do something.
