If you wear silicone swim cap, the hair doesn't get that much chlorine, does it?

I don't rinse before but wear a cap and after swimming use "Take Out" which is a shampoo that takes out all chemicals. It is sold by my local salon and is a local product. I love it. Works better than any true anti-chlorine shampoo. So far, no green hair.
