One 100 free to go in set. Two open lanes.(no lane lines in pool) Noodler comes over to stand in my lane to talk with friend. Pool is set at 85 degrees cause all the noodlers say it is to cold otherwise. I complain to guard, am told, "well there are a lot more of them then there are lap swimmers" Wont be if they keep this up. UGH! :frustrated:

You are correct, the masters's team has an agreement with the YMCA to swim there for free on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The guy you see signing in for free is a dedicated swimmer – no doubt. The ZUMBA class actually assigned him to create gigantic waves with his unusual butterfly stroke because they don't like you. He is surely there to make you mad while you noodle. Thank you for reminding me countless times how you are a paying member of the YMCA. Thank you for complaining to the aquatic director how the masters team should not be allowed in the pool. But... before you complain for the 250,000th time please recognize that most of us (myself included) are merely YMCA patrons with paid memberships. The majority of us are not there making gigantic waves for free. Please keep in mind, when I make waves - they're paid for.
