You are so right he is a fantastic role model. Let all your kids follow his way of doing things.
I'm not about to engage you in any argument as it's clear from previous posts that you can't or won't listen to logic and the points you do argue have more to do with starting a controversy than your true beliefs.
Nothing wrong with what he is doing, but from the female point of view it kind of kills his lure. Part of the attraction has been his seeming innocence, shyness, and awkwardness. Pics like these kill the attraction. That's one reason I wish I had not seen them. :(
He's a human being just like the rest of us. If we set people up to be above reproach, we're going to be disappointed. I would rather recognize people as people than as some ideal which I know I'm going to be disappointed in.
Why would we argue, I am just saying what I think you can say anything you want, which you have. You and Fort seem to think he was deprived when he was training he probably had more than you think.
I will always post the way I feel and do not listen to what some people call logic when it is not logical. Do you really think I am starting a controversy and believe he should do this stuff in public?
Now are you saying it is a good thing for him to do? I'm not about to engage you in any argument as it's clear from previous posts that you can't or won't listen to logic and the points you do argue have more to do with starting a controversy than your true beliefs.
Great.......! Now we're talking about Phelp's humanity. Next thing you know somebody will be posting pictures from some tabloid of Phelps taking a dump.
Nothing wrong with being human but sometimes TMI (too much information) is not necessarily a good thing.
Elise, I see you're point, you'd rather not know. I think that I agree with you. It's not our business.
Let's not blame him, blame the media whores who took the photo to make a few bucks.
If she wants to be touched that is up to her it is that he is doing it in public view.
George you need to go for a ride on a Middle School Bus...
Media is to blame for the publication. How is that an out?
Boys will be boys no matter how old they are. When I went to France in 1964 I went to the Bunny Club.
There is a saying you can look but don't touch. I looked but did not touch. It looked to me that he looked and touched.
It's the price he pays for celebrity, I suppose. I don't want to know his more personal moments either, but I'm not going to condemn him for it. I'd come down much, much harder on another DUI or other reckless, thoughtless behavior.
