I swim 2 hours a day 5 days a week and oh boy i am soo hungry after that.
Any tips on the best food choices?
I eat meets, fruits, cake, yougurt etc.

add whole grains to that and you are good. Important to eat something protein based 3:1 to 4:1 carbs to protein within 30 minutes of practice ending. Pure Sports makes a good post workout drink as does CherryPharm.com.
