Looks like Phelps has fallen hard for Australia's Stephanie Rice, according to this article Steph has flown to the US and was seen in Phelps home town and they were both spotted together looking very couply. What's more apparently Phelps has fallen so hard he has taken Steph to meet his mum and sisters. What the???? Is this true or what????
