Also, How does Brendan Hansen feel about Phelps possibly dating Beard? Then again, from what I heard, that was just an Athens thing!

I think it's awesome that he's getting so much press. Even if it is in gossip magazines his name is getting out there and so his how he came to acquire his medals. This is going help swimming in the long run. Any time you have a celebrity people like to know how they got there and want to try it for themselves. I think he has his head on straight enough (or at least his agent does hopefully) to make the most of this press.
