Please read this and post what you think. You see, I do not wish to sound like sour grapes but I have been so suspicious of the results of the womens 200m butterfly that I feel like tearing my hair out.
I feel so sorry for Jess. In Athens, there was the problem with whether the winner of this race touched the pad correctly and the judges refused to have a look at the underwater video after Asutralia protested. Jess got back into the water and proved over the next four years that she was the best womens 200 m butterflyer in the world.
After these games i do not know if she will continue swimming, but what a tragedy if she has been taken for a ride, if in the long run it shows that what swimnews writes is proven to be true.

Just a niggling correction, the bad touch happened at Worlds in Montreal in 2005 not in Athens.
