I've been watching the underwater replays.
It looks simultaneous. It's impossible to distinguish with the naked eye.
It's moot anyhow now, the tape back ups prove the pads got it as it happened. I guess as was mentioned there has to be certain amount of pressure so that's what's needed to win--you have to do more than brush them. Real tight though, can you imagine making that call without the technology?
