I just went back to swimming and now swim 2-3 miles 5-6 days per week-mostly freestyle although i do some breastroke at the beggining and at the end for cooling down. But this time i really enjoy swimming-i don't know what happen but i do.
Should i consider joining team?
I am surprised but deep inside i have few goals:
-improve my current stroke
-would love to swim faster - especially freestyle.(now i do 1 mile ~30mins )
-continue endurance
-take advantage of structured training
Do i have right 'raw" elements to join?
