Yesterday I noticed that Phelps wore two swimming caps in the race. Any reason for that? to keep the goggle tight?

At the 400m relay? Hmm, didn't notice that. And I was going to check it out on Youtube but the IOC must have complained because the full coverage of the race that I watched an hour ago is not there anymore due to copryight infrigement :(
