They're not just going to stand by and be the scapegoat for athletes, especially if athletes routinely plan and invoke supplement contamination as their fallback excuse. I recall reading somewhere that Hammer Nutrition threatened to sue some triathletes for libel and slander when they claimed contamined Hammer products caused them to test positive.
