2008 USMS Long Course National Championships

Hi all. Still "live" from Portland. My flight leaves in 5 hours :( Allen, sorry I missed chatting with you. Sorry about your DQ. That sucks! Floyd, Jazz and Paul S, Heather, Michelle- nice to meet you. I had the pleasure (?) of zipping Paul's Blue70. What a suit!! Watching Phil on the deck was scary. I was glad to hear he was okay and in his hotel by 5 last night. Great swims by all!! I enjoyed cheering and taking pictures of most of THT. Stud, thanks for the shout out. Dropping 27 sec was an awesome way to start the meet. In all, I had 5 individual events and 5 Personal bests. With relays, 9 medals to take home tonight. Except for a nasty migraine all day Sat, the meet couldn't have gone any better for me. I hope you all enjoyed the salmon I served on Friday in hospitality. :) I think the meet was one of the best run ones I've ben to ever. On time or ahead of the schedule and so smooth. BD and Dennis did an awesome job as well as all the OMS helpers and volunteers.
