I am going to do a 2 mile swim and have a question in regards to a new suit that I just purchased. I have degenerative disc disease in both my neck and my lower back which prohibits me from wearing a wet suit due to the compression factor. So I purchased a polypro/spandex DiveSkin diving suit. My question to you is: Do you think this suit will create too much drag? Has anyone ever done any swimming in this suit? What suggestions or comments can you provide me? Thanks so much

What Brand is it, Excel Full body?
I would not worry if it makes you float like a regular wet suit you should not have a problem.Unless it is very cumbersome.
