Nutrition, What's on your menu for the week?

I decided to put this out there because I wanted to see what people recommend for what works for them when the are eating during the week, along with eating healthy, who know maybe they can put together a menu for the week. I just put 1 day out there 10am - 8oz endurox recovery drink ( for after workout), bowl of bran cereal. 12pm - powerbar 2pm - oatmeal 4pm - powerbar 6pm - chicken *** with veggies 11:30 pm fresh fruit, or yogurt, ( I work 2nd shift) submit your ideas on what works for you
