Congrats (S)he-Man!

(S)he-Man was the top female finisher at the 25K championship. Congrats! "The winning time was 5:39.09 by Richard Kramer, 42, of Illinois Masters. The first female to complete the race was Kristina Ulveling, 35, of Georgia Masters, who swam the 25K in 6:25.25" www.usms.org/features.php

  • Thanks SwimCat! You goin' to any masters practices this week or next? I heard we still have them even with the kids on break. I'm still resting/ recovering . . . for now. . . Although I cheated and went for a jog - big mistake when one has not been running for over a year! :D i will probably go tues, friday sat. monday and thurs. i will do pilates.(getting a little soft), and wed. i will be in north ga. chris jr, gave us 10x50 ez, sprint yesteday and i just got in a 400 warmup straight from PT. :cane:timed swims are great after at least a 1500 warm up. i am just maintaining fitness now, and trying not to overeat. kimmie is doing the practices. btw,how did the hubby hold up at the lake swim?
