GeeK:
Went to my chiro today for some shoulder maintenance and I asked him about your issue. He immediately said "coracobrachialis." Haven't googled it, but my understanding is that it is basically a nerve entrapment somewhere on the nerve pathway from neck down the arm. It would cause the "going to sleep" sensation in your forearms and hands. ART woul definitely help, although could be painful! Sounds fixable! Good luck!
Maybe Geek is just laying on that hand for too long before using it?
:lmao:
